CIP Spark is a Cradle Fund grant for the development and pre-commercialization of technology startups. It supports early-stage entrepreneurs and is open to both companies and individuals.

Eligibility criteria

For Individuals:

  • Minimum of 2 individuals in a team (at least 1 Malaysian or resident in Malaysia)

For Companies:

  • The company must be no older than 5 years
  • Revenue must not exceed USD 685,000
  • For companies with less than 51% Malaysian ownership, the majority of employees must be Malaysians

  1. Grant of up to USD 34,000
