The goal is to catapult groundbreaking projects onto the world stage. Winners will get access to industry resources, industrial base and opportunity of market connectivity.

1. Company type:
   - Enterprises established for 0-3 years
   - Enterprises established for 3-10 years
   
2. The project cannot be a listed company
3. Intent to develop in the region
4. Only one track can be chosen for the comprehensive competition
5. Projects that received support from previous ITEC competitions are eligible but cannot receive the same or lower-level reward
6. Age limit: all participants are required to be at least 18 years old and above

1. Money prize
   - Grand prize $698 000 - 1 winner
   - First prize $418 000 each - 4 winners
   - Second prize $280 000 each - 8 winners
   - Third prize $140 000 each - 12 winners
   - Merit award $28 000 each - 30 winners
2. Access to the private, state-owned capital and government-guided funds
3. Opportunity to join the “Phoenix Plan” high-level talent service system
4. Opportunity to be included in the regional Youth Science and Technology Talent Pool
5. Access to industry resources through the ITEC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park, the Industrial Base
