Oil and Gas Industry Innovative Technologies Competition

The program aims to develop innovative technologies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the oil and gas industry.

1. Carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS);
2. Nature-based solutions (wastewater treatment, mangrove forests, algae);
3. Digital solutions for decarbonization;
4. Advanced materials for decarbonization;
5. Oil and Gas Emissions Reduction;
6. New energy.

1. The competition is open to  early stage companies from all over the world and relevant to the areas.
2. The technology must be piloted within the competition and not widely known worldwide.
3. The technology is at a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4 to 8 inclusive.
4. The technology is suitable for the climate conditions of the UAE.
5. 1-2 representatives of the company are available in December 2023 to attend and present at the final event in the UAE.

1. Up to 1,000,000 US dollars to launch a project.
2. Access to modern research and innovation centers in Abu Dhabi.
