1. A functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that demonstrates the core features and functionality of your innovative solution.
2. A collaborative team structure consisting of at least two co-founders or team members, contributing their diverse skills and expertise.
3. An indication of early success in your venture, showcased through either initial customer traction, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), or generated revenues.

1. Up to €150K convertible investment, comprising €120K cash and an additional €30K program support, with the potential for up to €300K in follow-on investment.
2. Learning sales and product development strategies from industry experts, leaders, and focused coaches in the Proptech, Construction Tech, Infrastructure Tech, and Real Estate Tech sectors.
